Marilyn C. Prevatte

Mother to Jenning, Nana to Brennen and Jordyn... Marilyn has been in Marketing and Adult Instruction for over 20 years. Marilyn used to say that her children didn't come with manuals. Well today that has changed. There has been a tremendous amount of research on the upbringing of children and she supports the Sprouting New Beginnings program for Jenning and Jennifer.

Today, Marilyn is the Business Director for Sprouting New Beginnings, supporting both Jenning and Jennifer.  She also works as the Director of Quality Assuarance for a CRM software integrator.

Our mission at Sprouting New Beginnings is to promote the physical, cognitive, language, social and emotional development of all children while strengthening their bond between families and educators.

When families and educators enter the child's world of learning, play and imagination the child blossoms with more confidence to explore.

Our philosophy is that making up your own signs can pose challenges. Using American Sign Language (ASL) is beneficial because it is already an established language. Also ASL offers infants and children the ability to build the bridge of communication with their families while promoting a strong literacy foundation for their future.

Teaching ASL to all children has been a successful technique especially for children with special needs where Jenning and Jennifer help focus on providing ways to promote the best quality of life for their young students.
